WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

BAD SERVICE ISTORE ,bought a phone from BAD SERVICE ISTORE ,it’s been less than a year since the purchase of this horror phone is putting me through,out of the blue the phone just switches off and dies, it can be dead from between 24—48hrs just off and switches back on ,I have the worst experience with these guys as we all know there’s a pandemic out there so every where you go there’s a line so with BAD SERVICE ISTORE being short stuffed you wait in line for about two hours before you attended too and then when I’m its either picking up or dropping off this same device they say works 100%,or it only works with them because I’m clearly not getting the value for money I paid…people trade carefully BAD SERVICE ISTORE is all about profits at all costs and very quick at taking your money and move very slowly at owning up or taking responsibility….I’M ONE VERY DISSAPOINTED AT BAD SERVICE ISTORE
