Worse than pathetic service and communication!

Order online through iStore, said my delivery would be on either of two days. Phoned on the second day just to know it has not even left the premises. Been **** to by the sales consultant saying it has left. No communication on status of the order. Now I need to make special arrangements for when order is deliverded. Will not use the online store ever again in my life, pathetic service.
