Worse than a one start rating

I live in a rural area in the Northern Cape and decided to trade in my iphone 11 pro online in order to buy an ipad pro. I started the trade-in process on the 9th of December and was eventually offered a trade-in price of R10000,00 on the 22nd of December 2021. Ever since I have tried numerous times to no avail to get past the first line support in an effort to actually get paid the agreed amount. Emails are sent into a seemingly black hole with no response whatsoever. The helpdesk staff apologises as zombies and my query gets escalated to who knows where. I haven't had a single meaningful reply that actually tells me what is going on with my trade-in. This is the most ********** service I have ever experienced. Please learn from my mistake and DON'T trust Istore with your precious money. There service is totally worthless.
