Woodlands Istore bad service

I took my phone in for a screen repair. Firstly they promised a 1day service if I bring it before 12. Went back and they had some other issue. Both times the quote was the same. When I went back, I was helped by the manager who booked the phone in (said the previous 2 quotes weren’t valid). I deactivated Find my Iphone on the tablet there in front of him and signed that it is disabled. It has been 7 days now (a public holiday and weekend incl). I still did not receive a quote even. When I called to check the status of a basic screen repair, they said the Find my Iphone is still on and can’t get in. They never called me to inform me of this even. Bad service!!
