Wonderful service!

I was thoroughly impressed by the service I received today at the Istore Cavendish. I have lost my sim try and was very panicked about how to sort it out. The staff at the service desk were so helpful and when referred to the managed he immediately got on the phone and then told me that he would go to the main store/factory and collect one for me today free of charge that I could collect the next morning. When I commented on how helpful the staff had been they were gracious and humble. They turned a very negative situation into such a positive and easy experience! I will definitely be using this specific store to purchase my Apple products in the future! Thank you for making my Monday bearable and happy! From a very happy customer.
