Why take ICARE plus

I booked my Iphone in for repairs last week Thursday on the 22/11/2019, my phone is also registered with Icare plus which gives you a 24month warranty.

When I got my phone back yesterday on the 28/11/2018 a week after it was booked in I was told it was fixed.

I then tested my phone, and the exact same problem was still present.

This is not acceptable, how can the phone be fixed and when you get it back it has the same problem.

I use my phone daily for work and now this is causing a problem for me.

I can't afford to be without my phone for another week and how would I know if the phone will be repaired properly this time after I received it back with the same problem.
