Who wants to buy a faulty iwatch?

I went to buy a brand new iwatch at Brooklyn mall istore last week just to find out it did not work. I charged the iwatch the entire night and took it back the next day after discovering it could not turn on. The first lady that helped me asked if I actually charged the iwatch. This was such a ridiculous request from her as if I was stupid. After that the technician helped me when I requested for the manager. I waited in store for about half an hour waiting for the iwatch to charge further. The staff along with me and the manager saw that the iwatch could not turn on (after the second time on charge). I was told that they need to send the iwatch in for further investigation. On Monday morning the iwatch was at the factory to check for faults. On Tuesday the manager at the istore phoned me back to say that there is nothing wrong with the device they simply switched it on an it worked. I drove all the way back to the istore to try and understand why all the people in the store witnessed that the device did not work on sa****ay but now all of a sudden the device was fine they just "switched it on". This afternoon a lady called me and stated that they received a few faulty iwatches that had the same problem, but they can not replace the device because it is not "apple procedure". I am now going to receive the faulty device back that I paid R6 000.00 for. This is absolutely ridiculous, but istore cannot take any responsibility as they are not Apple. How is this fair? I am literally buying a faulty iwatch for 6 thousand rand!!
