What's the point of a booking??

<p>I went to Istore yesterday to ask about problems I was experiencing to be told I need to make an appointment and come back tomorrow. So I made an appointment and came back to be helped in intervals of 2 seconds with no resolution to my problem. No one speaks in laymans terms and you feel like a total idiot the way they speak to you. After being in the store for an hour being left to sit and do absolutely nothing while walk in clients were being served I eventually left. When I told the staff how upset I was with the service they did not seem to care one bit and continued with there work. Disgusted and totally annoyed. My recommendation to anyone don't go to Istore in mall of Africa. The service was dreadful!!!!! </p>
