What customer Service??

<p>i was due for an upgrade, so I when to istore as Telkom didn't have stock. I got to istore and everything was submitted, on a Thursday. </p> <p>Me I am sitting back waiting for a reply, I follow up Friday, and Saturday I get told its with their Communications department. Ok fine, I wait for Monday and give them the go ahead, on Tuesday they reply that the problem is with Telkom,, so I call my sphone service provider to enquire I get told this was cancelled on Friday, the order that, I revert back to the communications department a consultant Paballo Malija was assisting then I mail him telling him what Telkom is saying and why is my time being wasted. This dude calls me on the cellphone and becomes rude asking if I think he doesn't know how to do his job, and then I ask if this is his phone or mine and hang up. This guy then emails me to tell me to complain if I am not happy with his service hell yea I am not. I mail him to tell him he does not tell me what to do and this is not his money but mine. I have escalated this and I also wanted to hellopeter this incase they do nothing about their consultants who should probably go to marketing 101!!! </p>
