Warranty voided

iStore refused to repair a faulty screen on my MacBook Pro still under warranty. The case had a small nic so this voided the warranty - even after admitting that the nic had nothing to do with the fault. Forced to pay R9879!

Interesting that there are over 500 complaints on Hellopeter and not one response!

They simply don't care!!
