Waiting too long

Took 2hours to get a phone upgrade, we were helped by Dylan Abrahams. System was slow. First when I got there they told me I couldn't get an upgrade after waiting for about 30min, then I told them I drove all the way because they told me they have the phone ?. Cool a plan was made. Then it was the waiting more waiting more and more waiting. 2hours for one upgrade. To say the least, I'm disgusted at their service. We pay a lot for these phones. Ohw and there was the colleague who called us rude cause we were questioning the amount of time we spent In the store waiting for her and Dylan.
