WAITING FOR FEEDBACK

I have app**** for a contract phone at your Eastgate branch on Saturday the 20th of October 2018 and I was advised that feedback will be provided in few days times. On Tuesday , I got an sms with feedback but till today I am waiting for date of collection/delivery. I called your call center and they couldn't trace my application. Please advise.
