Waiting for a phone for 2 months

I app**** for a contract online on 8 Nov 2021 and was told I will receive feedback in 3 days. A week later I was told there is a backlog and no iphone 13 is available. I was also told that I am automatically on the waiting list due to me having app**** for a contract. After numerous calls to the call centre on the progress of my place on the waiting list, I was told I was never put on the waiting list. This was on 17 Dec 2021. I waited 5 weeks only to be told I was never on the list although another agent told me I was on. I have now been waiting for a phone since 17 Dec 2021, another 5 weeks! How do you expect to keep customers when we must wait this long? I am very disappointed with istore online and istore as a whole. The complaints email I sent a few weeks ago still has not been responded to, really! You need to train your agents on the process so they can give customers the correct information. Utterly disappointed!
