Waiting 5 months for a refund with no success

We bought an Iphone on 2 May. Unfortunately the payment went through twice. One device was delivered an this was confirmed by Istore. They confirmed they will do the refund. To date no funds were returned. Everytime we contact them they state it will be escalated, but that is as far as it has gone.
