WAITING 3MONTHS FOR A ****ING PHONE

I app**** for a iphone13 mini in December 2021, and I have been receiving sms's saying that they are still awaiting stock and still on the waiting list. I followed up in January nothing, I followed up yesterday and apparently I have declined the application how and where I HAVE NO ****ING IDEA. I spoke to one of the consultants yesterday BY THE WAY and was GIVEN A ****ING STINKING ATTITUDE... I was told she will send an email to the online department and they would contact me.... Still nothing, mind you all the people I know who had ordered their phones got their already. DIE POP WAG NOU NOG... ISTORE I AM DISGUSTED IN YOUR SERVICE !!!!
