VERY POOR SERVICE I STORE WATERFRONT BLOEMFONTEIN

<p>I have issue with my I Phone 6 plus. The Screen starts to flicker and then freeze and can’t operate from there. I have sent this phone in 4 times, they first repaired my first warranty phone then they replaced the warranty phone with refurbished phone and again then with a new Phone through the I store. Now again this is a year and half that I’m struggling with this issue and every time I have to accommodate their decision. I booked the Phone in again at I Store in Bloemfontein and the service was terrible I went a day earlier and asked that they can book my phone in with a loan phone to assist me and their personnel advised they should have a loan phone. The next day I booked the phone in and then they did not have anything they just said my phone will be sent again to JHB to be repaired or replaced with refurbished phone!! Terrible Service first of all and with an attitude Guys this is ridiculous really. I paid R 12500 for a phone which is not working and I have to be patient because this is your decision and no where you have your client interest at hart!! Very Disappointing !!
