Very poor service

I bought a phone on 15 May 2025 from iStore pre owned online, and a week later I was told it’s out of stock and that I’d be refunded. Despite following up daily and repeatedly sending my ID and banking details, I still haven’t received my refund. It’s now 26 June 2025, and the delay is unacceptable. I’m requesting immediate action, or I’ll escalate the matter to the Consumer Protection Office.
