VERY poor service

Went into the iStore Menlyn Branch to collect my tablet that was supposed to be kept aside for me after ordering it on Saturday, waited for half an hour to eventually have someone stand in front of me and wait for me to ask what was happening regarding whether my tablet was in store or not. Was told that it was bad news and that they did keep it aside but now it's nowhere to be found. I can understand that mistakes happen but to then have the gentlemen not tell me what could be done about this and when it would be resolved, but instead he just stood there and said maybe I should wait until another delivery of stock comes in but that they have no idea as to when this will be and I must just wait. I then asked if he could please enquire with other branches if they possibly had stock, but no luck after he only tried one branch, and was again told that the best would be just to wait for stock to be delivered. Bit disappointed because I have only had good service before from the iStore in Vodacom World.
