<p>I was so very impressed with the fantastic service I received from iStore with my upgrade with Telkom. Telkom could not supply me with the handset I wanted, so I went to iStore to see if they could help me and the contrast in service and assistance I received between iStore and Telkom was stark, to say the least. Thank you iStore for treating me like a customer instead of just a pain in your side. Thank you to Elveen for going above and beyond to get Telkom to approve the upgrade, I aprreciate the struggle you went through.
