Very horrible experience iStore Eastrand mall

Very horrible experience I had at eastrand iStore. I bought a charging cable 04/10/2023 and it stopped working after 3 months of use. I took it back to the store and they refused to help me demanding I produce a slip and its box. I lost these while moving houses and of Couse I had proof payment from my bank as I used the card to purchase. my R550 gone like that.
