Very good customer services and good attitude

Went to the store on the 30th of December looking to buy a mac book when I was introduced to Mpho to help. <br> They had turned me away and was told that they didn't so the upgrade for MTN , BUT Mpho helped me. <br> She was very pleasant and knew what she was doing. Even though the process of upgrading to took long and the package was not loaded on the system she was giving me feedback every day which made me able to attend to other things knowing that Mpho was on the top of it. I managed to come with the lap top to Cape Town with the help of upgrade manager from the head office Rakesh Nana. Thank you so much for making my daughter's 21st special. <br> Mpho keep up the good work. <br>
