Very disappointed in iStore pre-owened

After giving such a good review on iStore preowned i must say i regret purchasing a phone there. I bought iPhone 13 during black Friday specials online and it turned out to never have network at all. I logged a return and it was confirmed Ram will collect the device on 22 Nov and it was collected on the 25th. I made it clear i wanted a replacement but it took forever to get any feedback from preowned and now im still waiting on Dec 06. I regret not buying a new phone. I asked customer care when to expect feedback and i was told to send ID doc and banking details confirmation, if which i did but was advised the whole process might take 7 days. So in total that would be 17 working days without a phone and now black Friday specials are finished n will have to purchase a phone at normal price :( I am very disappointed, i was so happy when i received my phone the next day, i even rushed to give a good review. I even ensured the phone. I wish to get my money back as in yesterday and buy a new phone even though i will be spending more. They should hurry up with my refund.
