Very bad service from iStore

I was looking for a new laptop and was really interested in a Macbook air or pro, so I was looking for one online. I am a postgraduate student and sent my education discount form in online. I was told I would receive feedback within 24 hours. 24 hours later I contacted them again, and they now told me it may take up to 72 hours. 2 weeks later I am still waiting for feedback. After the 2 weeks I get an email asking me to resubmit my proof of registration. This is pathetic. Very, very bad service.
