Very bad service

Very bad service. Waste my time.I selected an istore to collect a product when it came in stock again. I received 2 notifications that it has arrived at the store i selected. I came there it took them almost an hour in and out where they keep the products. Just to let me know they have not received it. Really inefficient service dragging down the name of such an iconic store.
