Very bad service

I was at istore at Cresta mall yersterday with my friend the service we got there was just **** we waited for an hour just for them to tell us to email documents and come back today at 12, today when we got there we waited like fools they were busy chit chatting and they all couldn't help I approached them and told them that an appointment was made for today since we were there yersterday to finish the process and here we are non of them is willing to help the guy who was meant to help didn't even care or at least let us know that he is still busy their service is just **** they judge a book by its cover they didn't give a sh*t at all istore @ Cresta mall should get employees with good customer service not what they have as employees it's totally bullsh*t😡
