Very bad service

After asking for help and the i store personel cant give you a decent answer i decided to just quickly buy the other thing in the store i was after.once i got to the counter the guy just stood there and didn't help us at all untill we asked him wheter anythings going to happen . his response was there was something wrong with his laptop and he walked away..i left and rather went to a different computer shot and we got much better service there
