Very bad!!!!

I honestly don't think they care about they customers. I returned a faulty iphone because it was giving me a problem when charging i had to buy another new cable only to find out still not working properly, i phoned for returned sent emails and calls which they took days and weeks to respond when finally responded they collected the phone on the 6th of March 2024 the lady told me it will take 5 day ntill to date 05 April 2024. i went to istore in Mpumalanga nelspruit Ilanga mall for assistance they assisted through online app where he was talking to some via chatting on istore app on Tuesday 2nd April 2024 wher they told is that the will dispatch same day and will take 3 days from same day to be delivered, still no communication no email sent with new delivery information nothing at all
