Utterly disappointed by iSTORE!

I am utterly disappointed the service I have received recently from iStore. I made an online application and a contract was sent to be by one of your consultants after speaking to her over the phone. I completed, signed and returned the required documents same day, including those required by the network provider - it has been 2 weeks and counting now and no feedback has been received. I have been contacting them everyday and all of their consultants give me different stories all the time.

Now I am struggling to get my application cancelled so that I go somewhere else. I am so frustrated by this, and it has been so much of an inconvenience because I am in need of a phone right now.
