Utter Useless, tarnishing the Apple brand.

I am appalled by their service. Ordered Airpods Gen 3 and was notified I will get it the following day. I received confirmation that my product is on its way. However, It's been an entire day and absolutely nothing has come of it. I am going to write a review on CourierIT as well because this is completely unacceptable! This is still the responsibility of iStore to get my product which I paid THEM for.
