Useless Technical Support

I came into iStore Sandton Drive for what I thought was a routine diagnostic test and IOS restore. I was told there was no issue with the hardware and that the IOS would be deleted and restored. After a 2 hour wait, I left with an unusable phone. The phone is stuck in restore mode. I was told there was nothing they could do. I went in with a usable phone with only a minor issue where apps crashed once every while and now I can't even start my phone. Absolutely useless customer service. The guy had the audacity to quote me a repair that cost more than the phone. Will not use again.
