useless staff, unhelpful false advertising

iStore Century City is a joke, wasted my time going in for this free upgrade to get the newest iPhone 11. The assistant Luvo did not perform the mandatory checks nor advise correctly when we went specifically asked about the criteria. Luvo then asked us what colours we wanted and made sure to put them aside.

We said we would return on Thursday with all the documents he requested. We arrived and waited for Luvo to help us. he then came and we started discussing the phones and then all of a sudden stated we could not get it due to the upgrade not being available.

the assistant did not tell us everything or probably the most important criteria to get the phones.

we asked for the manager and got a very apathetic assistant manager who was very unhelpful and useless, Stanley. He did not try to do anything just shrugged his shoulders.

we are taking this further to the advertising watchdog and the consumer protection act.
