Useless service by istore woodlands

I have now been to the istore in Woodlands Pretoria 4 times in order to try and get my phone battery replaced. The First time I was told to come back on a day when the technician was there. When I did that I was told that I can’t just hand the phone in, I need to make an appointment using the online booking system. So I did that, came into the store for the 3rd time 20min before my scheduled appointment time, was told no, I have to come back at exactly the scheduled time. Fourth time in the store I came back at exactly the scheduled appointment time only to be told sorry technician is yet again not in And I can hand my phone in but will have to wait 4 days for the battery to be replaced. Shocking service and I will be taking my business elsewhere.
