useless repair centre

they are extremely useless when it comes to repairing your device. This is not the first time they have given me poor service when I repair my device with them. They take WEEKS to get your device back despite telling you it will only take 3-5 business days. WHY LIE? just say you're useless and lets call it a day. On BOTH occasions where I had to repair my phone, they took weeks to repair it. I am less than pleased.
