URGENT: ISTORE.CO.ZA reputation being trashed by COURIERIT delivery company.
I have received only good prompt service from istore.co.za They even offered to supply and deliver my item, free of charge to make up for the poor service of their chosen carrier.
HOWEVER, PLEASE NOTE THAT:
-after a nightmare struggle and much correspondence, I will only, eventually,(hopefully) receive my new iPhone 12 cover next Tuesday. -this is 14 days after I paid for, and received confirmation of my order. -this is due to the atrocious service I received from COURIERIT, who has 957 unanswered complaints by desperate clients, spread over 87 pages, over seven years! - the item was send same day, overnight to Cape Town -it would have been with COURIERIT for thirteen days before I will (hopefully) receive it :(
Below is the email I sent to istore business development manager today:
"Herewith for your attention and urgent action...
957 complaints
87 pages
seven years
Not ONE response by COURIERIT
You still being in partnership with them boggles the mind :(

Further to my post of 10 June above,
I am glad to report that my cellphone cover was delivered on Saturday.
Thank you for all the input from iStore South Africa side without which I doubt Courierit would have done the 500km round trip to deliver one item only.
The whole debacle could have been avoided in the first place, but that is now water under the bridge :(
