Upgrade NOT HAPPENING

<p>Im on Telkom, Went into a store for the upgrade at Clear Water Mall. They informed me that it it will take a day but we on day 3. All stores are walk in stores only that I believe is just a lame excuse not to assist clients.</p> <p> </p> <p>ANy funiture store has a landline that they answer and get service with walk in customers.</p> <p> </p> <p>Its almost a week now and nothing. Can somebody just assist and inform us why this upgrade is taking so long. To tell me Vetting is taking this long is nonsense as that takes minutes and not days.</p> <p> </p> <p>Very dissapointed in the service we are receiving !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p>
