Upgrade issues

<p>Why is it so difficult to upgrade at the istore? Never have a good experience at your istore, was turn away today and told to come back maybe Friday as the person that does upgrades might be there . That is pathetic. Four consultants at the store yet all where busy behind the counter ,in their own world. </p>
