Upgrade iPhone 11

I'm very disappointed in istore Canal Walk service. I went for my upgrade two ago and completed all paperwork for my upgrade, they had a system issue and I couldn't get my phone. I followed up with them last week and they said they'll get back to me. It has been a week later and I have still not heard from istore Canal walk. Really bad service!
