Upgrade - 6 weeks turns into 3 months

On the 3rd of October 2021 I app**** for my upgrade. I selected the iphone 13 pro max. On the 7th i was pre-approved and requested to purchase an admin process fee from their website. I did so immediately.

I have since then not received any communication from the istore. I had to follow up and make sure the process was completed to their standards. After various follow-ups, I was eventually put through to a consultant. The consultant advised me that they will need to put me on a waiting list which should take up to 6 weeks before I get my phone call. I had to wait two days to receive the email from the consultant so that I could confirm I wanted to be placed on the waiting list, I had to call again to tell him I didn't receive the email.

I followed up during November, December, and now January explaining to them I need the phone for work and an ETA is vital. I have to date not received any ETA other than the 6 weeks in October 2021 till my device will be delivered. We are now 3 months down the line and nothing except a higher phone bill from calling istore to try and gather information.
