I’m so angry with istore in Mall of africa I went there to open a contract because they had stock there as I open the contract March I tell the man helping me out that I don’t want a contract with more bundles I use Wi-Fi at home as work so give me the R799.99 deal iv have never paid what I opted for iv been paying more .

I went to the branch twice the manager took down my details till today the matter is not resolved worse part I called the guy face to face to explain what’s going on to only find out his telling me in my face that I’m “LYING” I asked him again can you hear what you saying to me he repeats out of disrespect that “YES I AM LYING” I called his colleague who was right next to us and he rep**** he can’t interfere but I asked you heard him right ?

I called the manager till today no apology about the incident and the matter is not yet resolved I hate unprofessional people especially when it comes to sale assistants people who depends on commission to get a salary to give us a very bad customer service after taking our money (Boy is dark short dark skinned ) I want this matter solved ASAP!
