Unprofessional sales person

I have been to Mall of Africa I don’t know for how many times it’s where I purchased my phone i specifically asked ( Luyanda mbuncane) I don’t want a bigger data bundle since he asked I told him my reasons I want to pay R799.99 as I see advertised on the catalogue.

He’s so rude and unprofessional when I approached him talking to him I spoke to the manager but no one seems to get back to me iv been paying over R1000.00+ no one seems to know what they’re doing can I get someone more professional with product knowledge to resolve this ****** **** no sense . Im so ****ed right now it’s not even worth being polite for . I take this as ***** just to get commission out of a customer who specifically advices how things should be
