Unprepared and unprofessional

<p>So I received an email from istore stating that the Apple Watch series 2 is here! Seeing that my series 1 fell recently and the screen broke and Apple charges me almost R4000 to have it fixed, I was very happy to just rather replace it with a series 2. Also Online sources quoted Discovery as again partnering with Apple and with a R600 activation fee I could simply go to any istore and get a watch providing they are in stock. They advised to call the store before going. Now firstly you cannot call an istore- you need to call the call center and then they advise you that you have to go to a store to confirm stock personally?!! I went to 3 istores in Pretoria all without stock. There is also no plan or indication as to when stock may arrive. The agents seem to be unaware that Istore had sent out emails stating it was available. For obvious reasons I cannot every drive around from store to store in case one one day gets stock. I cannot believe that istore was not prepared for the release of the watch and cannot support it. Of course there is a high demand currently! That does not require any level of intelligence or s**** to figure out there needs to be a system in place to deal with a flood of customers coming in for the new watch. I am disgusted.</p>
