Unimpressive service for a newly opened istore.

My fiance wanted to spoil me for my birthday and decided to buy me an iPhone. We both located the nearest store where this could be made possible. We went to the istore at Somerset Mall on Sunday the 19th July 2015. My fiance wanted to take up a contract with vodacom and we were told they weren't any vodacom consultants on duty that Sunday, quite strange as most people do their shopping on weekends.He was then given a form to fill and told they will get back to us the following day. Aisha got hold of my fiance to finalize the cellphone contract application, which was approved the same day.He was advised to come to the store and pick up the phone. We got there by 5pm and had to wait for an hour and few minutes as Aisha had to manually fill up the forms right in front of us, when we all thought she did this from the moment she got to work. A sim swap was still not done so i was still offline and couldn't use the phone. I had to call in the following day at 10am or so and by then she hadn't gotten up to it. She refered me to vodacom outlet to have this done. I mean really, now that she made the sale its no longer her duty to ensure that my sim swap is activated. Im still disappointed.
