Unhappy with iStore service and ignorance

For the past couple of months I’ve been trying to get hold of Istore at Clearwater mall so they can assist me with the contract that the consultant merged with my prepaid number with no assistance. Currently my contract is suspended therefore I’m unable to use my prepaid number which is a huge inconvenience for me I don’t know who authorised my new contract, which was an upgrade to be merged with my prepaid number because I don’t remember agreeing to that and I needed sorted out. It’s mot to be fair that I struggle due to someone’s actions and make sure that I get my prepaid number back and get my contract separated
