Unhappy and ******* service

Took in my Iphone 6s to Istore Namibia. Said my home button makes a weird hard clicking sound which doesn't sound right. I was told this has been seen before and is repairable. I also complained my battery dies quickly. My usage time went down form 6 hours to barely 3 and a half hours in less than a month which I personally felt is unacceptable. My iphone was then shipped to South Africa as repairs apparently can't be done in Namibia. After a month give or take and receiving no news, nothing to keep me in the loop I went to istore Namibia and they said they have no idea what is going on and they will have to email South Africa. The next day ironically enough I receive an email my device is back and I can pick it up. The report: They ran diagnostics and could find nothing wrong with the device according to complaints which made me feel lie a **** the way it was worded. I personally feel nothing was done towards my home button as my friend has an iphone 6s as well older than mine and his home button makes no such sounds as mine and his battery usage is better than mine even with all the possible battery saving settings activated on my phone. I will not recommend istore south africa nor istore namibia to anyone. I feel something should've been fixed on my device or my device of less than 1 year old should've been replaced.
