Unacceptable delivery time frames!

For a Store that represents Apple in South Africa the delay in deliveries and waiting times are unacceptable. I ordered a CTO MacBook Pro with 16Gb Ram and 512Gb disk - told 6- 8 weeks. Now delayed to 10 weeks and counting. I put my name down on waiting list for iPhone 12 Pro at end of Jan. Told 1-2 weeks. Now told don't know when coming and on website deliveries are now indicated for mid March. Meanwhile at other stores stock is available! IStore needs to get their act together or they will damage the name of Apple in South Africa!
