Unable to register for training on line

I sent an email a couple of weeks ago to apple requesting they provide me with my password. I have attended training at the Apple store in Cresta so could not remember my password. I have not had a response todate. I have an Apple Laptop and am unable to use it without training. I am also unable to find out where to log on to make an appointment...really extremely frustrating as I am unable to just walk into a store and make an appointment. I am a senior citizen so find it extremely frustrating when you cannot get hold of anyone to assist....dont know why they sell Apple products and you cannot get training!
