Unable to get replacement ear phones (not even Airpod) within Warranty

I had bought an iPhone XR from Takealot with a manufacturing warranty of 1 year, Since it was bought the ear phones have always had an issue where you really had to push the socket in and move it around for one side to even work and I haven't had the chance to take it to the store, in time of me going to the store the piece has now fallen off and I had time now decided to go to the iPhone store and the service I received as a client of a worldwide company shouldn't have been over a small defeat from iPhone. The consultant didn't even take the time to listen to issue and just said, that this is an issue that we cannot help you with because it's not covered by the warranty.

Very very disappointed that iPhone is very happy to get money when you buy the devices but not service you when you an issue.

Another thing is this phone allows my daughter to open with facial recognition without me having added her face to be able to open. I thought that wasn't possible, one wonders !!!
