*****ulent phone bought on my name

*****ulent case, received an email from istore with regards to a warranty, an invoice on a phone and cases was sent through my email, I have never bought a phone at istore Eastgate nor set foot, however they insisting. I will either open a case of ***** against the store or report them to the ombudsman.

Please assist me with this matter.
