I am disgusted by the service I got for Puleng Modisane from iStore Eastgate Mall. She is one of the rudest people I've ever met. First when I was busy filling in my application forms she looked at my ID and told me straight to my face that I am ugly (i let it slide), she then asks me the same question a 100 times like I am a small child and me being the patient person that i am, i answer respectfully. A couple of days go by and she calls me saying there's missing info on my form and that she is pausing my application , she then tells me to check my email (bare in mind that i do not have a smart phone) so i use my work laptop to respond to her email telling me the very same thing she told me on the phone "there is missing information so i'm pausing your application until you respond to this e-mail", i then respond to the email. She then calls me to ask me my working info which i told her already when i was at the store and marital status. Telkom then approves me for one device which she called me and told me about and she'll tell me when to collect. 10days down the line I email her asking about the update and she calls me and says she is waiting for telkom to approve me which is already done according to my knowledge ,but then tells me to come collect. I then send her an email in the morning (05/05/2021) that i will collect on Friday afternoon (07/05/2021). Later on I get a call from a fellow colleague of hers and not her saying that they can't give me the phone because i have been declined. I ****en wasted 2 full weeks of my time and patience for this ****!
