Trade-in process is terrible

Unfortunately the trade-in experience leaves much to be desired and results in me questioning the honesty of iStore. After commenting that my phone looks like new they suddenly found a micro scratch on the screen (that three other people were unable to see) that required a 25% reduction in the trade in value. Even is there are microscratches, they obviously cannot reduce the value of the phone by 25% - it is a second hand phone and the unachievable trade in value already reflects this. This after sending me a “guaranteed trade in voucher”. The quoted trade in value cannot be achieved and simply a bate and switch tactic. Honesty matters iStore. This is not good enough. I will not support you again.
